is a director in Drew & Napier’s corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice group. He also heads the healthcare and life sciences practice and is highly involved in the employment practice. He is also a member of the technology, media and telecommunications practice group. In relation to his healthcare and life sciences matters, he advises clients on a full spectrum of matters involving bio-technology, medical devices, healthtech and healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. His experience includes reviewing and drafting clinical trial agreements and research and development and advising on regulatory and ethical concerns. He is very experienced in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, including acting in a number of healthcare-related transactions and joint ventures. Benjamin is a member of the Inquiry Panel, The Law Society of Singapore, and Singapore Academy of Law. He is also the Honorary Secretary of the National Arthritis Foundation Executive Committee. Benjamin has authored several publications on the subject of life sciences.
