About Bryan Chan

Bryan Chan is a senior associate in the dispute resolution department at Drew & Napier. He has acted in a wide range of disputes at all levels of the Singapore Courts as well as in international arbitration proceedings. Bryan is particularly experienced in commercial litigation involving joint venture/shareholder disputes, cross-border claims, matrimonial matters involving multi-jurisdictional elements, and employment disputes. His practice also covers a wide range of other disputes, including contractual claims, professional negligence, debt recovery, tortious conspiracy and breach of director/fiduciary duties.
