Gary Low
is involved in all areas of civil, commercial and criminal litigation and is co-head of Drew & Napier’s criminal law practice group. He has acted in a wide variety of matters, including defamation claims and various banking, corporate and contractual disputes. He has also represented clients accused of diverse offences, including commercial crimes, corruption, money-laundering and securities offences, in addition to leading allegations into fraud, criminal breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, workplace harassment and other forms of misconduct.
