About Foo Yuet Min

Foo Yuet Min has an active practice in litigation and regularly appears before the Singapore Courts as lead counsel. Over the past 16 years, she has successfully handled complex and high-value disputes involving offshore drilling contracts and construction matters, banking and finance and private equity disputes, and disputes relating to commercial rights to major sports events. Yuet Min is well versed in the banking, hospitality and media industries, and has particular experience and interest in dealing with multilingual proceedings. Before joining Drew & Napier in 2008, Yuet Min was a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore.
