About Foo Yuet Min

Foo Yuet Min is a director in the dispute resolution practice area who regularly appears before the Singaporean courts. Much of her work involves SIAC and ICC arbitrations, as well as arbitration-related court proceedings to enforce or set aside arbitral awards and to obtain interim relief. Yuet Min has handled high-value matters ranging from offshore drilling contracts and construction issues to disputes relating to commercial rights to major sports events. She has a particular interest in dealing with multilingual arbitration proceedings, speaking English, Mandarin, Malay and the Hokkien dialect. Yuet Min has been appointed arbitrator in numerous ad hoc and SIAC international arbitrations, including a bilingual international arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. She is on the SIAC Reserve Panel of Arbitrators, a committee member of the YSIAC (formerly known as Young SIAC) and a member of the Singaporean branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
