Kelvin Tan
co-heads the employment practice at Drew & Napier. He sits in the dispute resolution department and has an active litigation and arbitration practice. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including aviation, banking, FMCG, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing and technology. In his employment practice, he regularly handles contentious and advisory matters concerning termination of employment, organisational restructuring, enforcement of post-termination restrictive covenants, breaches of directors’ and fiduciary duties, and anti-bribery.
