About Ong Ken Loon

Ong Ken Loon heads the tax and private client services practice of Drew & Napier (D&N). She advises on the Singapore tax aspects of a broad range of corporate transactions including equity and debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and group reorganisations. Ken Loon gained experience as a Principal Legal Officer in the Law Division of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore before joining D&N. Her clients include local and multinational corporate groups, financial institutions and investment funds. She provides clients with practical and effective assistance in managing their tax obligations, whether through engagement with the tax authorities or representation before the tax tribunals and Singapore courts.
