About May Ng

May Ng is a director in Drew & Napier’s corporate and finance and banking and finance practice groups. She has more than 14 years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured lending transactions, including bilateral and syndicated facilities, acquisition finance, project finance, capital call facilities, real estate financing, working capital facilities and receivables financing. May regularly advises leading financial institutions, corporate borrowers (including SGX-listed entities) and investment funds on complex financing transactions. She is qualified to practise in Singapore as a Qualified Foreign Lawyer and is admitted to the Malaysian Bar and the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.
