Meryl Koh is a director in Drew & Napier’s dispute resolution and intellectual property departments. She is one of the leading young commercial disputes and intellectual property disputes practitioners. Her distinctive competency has led her to act for household names, MNCs and listed companies in digital media, video games, sports and entertainment, F&B, agriculture as well pharmaceuticals and healthcare industries in copyright, trade marks, patent disputes as well as corporate litigation and international arbitration. She is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, admitted in Singapore and Australia and is fluent in Mandarin.
