About Meryl Koh

Meryl Koh is a litigator and a director in Drew & Napier’s dispute resolution and intellectual property departments. She is particularly well-versed in corporate commercial disputes involving shareholders, digital media, video games, sports and entertainment, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, as well as complex technology and intellectual property disputes. Meryl’s distinctive competency leads her to act for high-net-worth individuals, public personalities, listed companies as well as international and household names, in local and cross-border litigation and arbitration. She is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and, in 2019, was appointed as an expert panellist for the World IP Organisation’s (WIPO) Fast-Track Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Procedure for Consumer Fairs.
