About Priscilla Wang

Priscilla Wang is a director at Drew & Napier. Her areas of practice include M&A, public takeovers, privatisations, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, employment matters and corporate advisory work. She advises publicly listed and privately held companies on a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border share and business transfers. She also regularly provides corporate regulatory, governance and compliance advice to Singapore Exchange listed companies. Priscilla is concurrently a member of Drew & Napier’s multi-disciplinary ESG practice group dedicated to providing holistic legal expertise to support the firm's clients’ fast evolving and complex ESG needs.
