Randolph Khoo
is the director of Drew & Napier's dispute resolution department, and heads the dispute resolution practices of the Greater China, India and International Trade Desk and Private Client Disputes Group. He is keenly involved in arbitration and international disputes and is a fellow and/or an empanelled arbitrator with various arbitration institutes in the UK, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Russia, India, Malaysia and other jurisdictions, as well as a specialist international mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
