About Renu Menon

Renu Menon is a director in Drew & Napier’s corporate and finance practice and co-head of its banking and finance practice group. She advises banks, financial institutions, sponsors, investors and corporates on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, sustainable finance, restructurings and debt capital markets transactions. Renu was named Singapore Female Lawyer of the Year at the Asialaw Awards 2025. She is also recognised by leading legal directories, where she is recommended for banking and finance, capital markets, and projects and energy.
