About Tan Teng Sen

Tan Teng Sen is a director at Drew & Napier. His areas of practice encompass M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance, general corporate, crisis management, securities-related matters and compliance issues. He has advised companies, boards of directors, financial institutions, private equities, venture funds, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals, and is experienced in M&A transactions involving companies from a wide range of industries. Teng Sen started his career with another Singapore large law firm and was seconded to a leading Japanese law firm in 2010. He also has experience as an in-house legal counsel at a leading international bank.
