Aldo Ocampo is a senior partner at OCAMPO 1890 with over 35 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance law in Mexico. Since 1991, he has advised leading insurers and reinsurers on complex, high-value disputes, large-scale claims and strategic litigation, particularly in the financial, energy and oil sectors. His notable matters include CFE civil liability cases, the Fertinal litigation and USD1.5 billion Abkatún claims involving PEMEX. He has represented major international clients including Mapfre, QBE Re, Tokio Marine and Zurich Santander.
