About Ashley White

Ashley White is co-head of Bennett Jones’ energy practice. Ashley has significant experience in the commercial aspects of the life cycle of oil and gas projects, specifically joint ventures and co-ownership arrangements, project development, construction and long-term supply and services agreements, and acquisitions and divestitures. She regularly represents clients on complex negotiations and structuring of the development of oil & gas and renewable resources, and has unique expertise advising on joint ventures between industry and Indigenous communities in connection with equity ownership in natural resource projects in Western Canada. Ashley’s approach is practical, collaborative and business-focused.
