About Noriko Shimura

Noriko Shimura has a broad financial services, corporate commercial law and aviation law practice within Bennett Jones LLP. She has experience representing borrowers and lenders in a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions (including unsecured and secured, both syndicated and bilateral financings, acquisition financings, project financings and asset-backed financings), and regularly advises clients on aircraft financing and leasing transactions and on aviation law matters. Noriko also advises Canadian corporations with business activities in Japan and liaises with Japanese companies entering the Canadian market.
