is a partner in the firm's Finance and Capital Markets group. He advises on a broad range of general finance, structured finance and debt capital markets transactions (both public and private). In addition, Andrew regularly acts for leading hedge fund managers, private equity outfits, credit opportunity funds and other market participants with respect to establishing bespoke, tax efficient cross-border platforms for their investments and leveraging activity. He has also acted on a number of complex and innovative fund-financing solutions as well as traditional products such as repo financings, synthetic borrowings and more esoteric products, including NAV based margin loans and fund-linked derivative solutions. Andrew is admitted in England and Wales (not practising) and Ireland and is a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of England and Wales, he is also a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the firm's representative on the Irish Debt Securities Association Legal Committee.
