is a partner in the asset management and investment funds group at Walkers. She is highly experienced in advising a broad spectrum of EU and non-EU managers on establishing and operating management companies. Eimear advises on the establishment, authorisation, operation and distribution of all types of Irish investment funds, including UCITS, QIAIFs, RIAIFs, fund of funds, master-feeder structures and closed-ended funds. She also has a particular interest in ESG and fintech.
