About Jonathan Sheehan

Jonathan Sheehan is the managing partner of Walkers' Ireland office, where he heads the firm's tax group and advises on all manner of financial, corporate and real estate transactions. He acts for a wide range of domestic and international clients, including financial institutions, investment banks, arrangers, private equity groups, fund managers and administrators. Jonathan is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. He is also a member of the tax committee of the Irish Debt Securities Association and the Vice-Chair of the International Tax Working Group in Irish Funds.
