About Jennifer Fox

Jennifer Fox is based in Walkers' Ireland office, where she is a partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. She has several years' experience practising as an investment funds lawyer. Jennifer acts for a range of funds, fund sponsors and service providers, and has extensive experience in advising on the authorisation, distribution and operation of all types of Irish investment funds, including UCITS and AIFs. She has advised on a wide range of fund structures and asset classes, including traditional and alternative UCITS products, hedge funds, fund of funds, credit strategies, private equity, Shari'a-compliant funds and pension pooling products, and has acted for AIFMs and UCITS management companies. She also has particular expertise in advising on subscription financing transactions and investor due diligence. Jennifer is admitted in Ireland, and her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Law and Economics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Mod) from Trinity College Dublin. Jennifer is a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association; she has been a member of various Irish funds industry working groups and has also lectured on the Law Society of Ireland's Finance Law Diploma programme.
