Silvia Alanis
is an associate at Todd. Her practice focuses on public and administrative law, particularly the co-ordination of legal ordinances to implement public policy. During her professional career, she has worked in the Mexican government on the Digital Strategy Coordination, as an adviser in the transition team of President-elect Enrique Peña Nieto, in the Technical Secretariat of the National Security Council, and in the Coordination of Advisors to the Secretary of the Interior. In addition, she has experience in administrative litigation in industrial property matters, mainly pharmaceutical patents and industrial secrets.
