Frank De Langhe is the founder and managing partner of De Langhe Attorneys. His key practice areas are corporate income tax, international tax law, tax litigation, estate planning, M&A and corporate law. His professional memberships include the West Flanders Bar Association, the Ghent Bar Association, the Brussels Dutch-speaking Bar Association (NOAB), the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium (AmCham) and the Belgian Corporate Finance Association (BCFA).
