Aaron Gillett is a corporate partner in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s healthcare industry group. Aaron focuses his practice on M&A transactions, as well as corporate governance and commercial contracts, and regularly represents clients in acquisitions, divestitures and other business development opportunities, such as joint ventures, private debt and equity offerings, and the commercialisation of software products and services in the healthcare and life sciences space. Aaron is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (Chicago chapter) and serves on its NextGen Leaders committee.
