Rachael Danna is a corporate associate in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Houston office and a member of the firm’s healthcare industry group. Rachael assists healthcare clients with all types of transactions, including private equity transactions, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic affiliations. She also provides regulatory and transactional counselling to healthcare providers, specialty physician practices, hospitals, and health systems, as well as investors in the healthcare industry. Rachael is an active member of the American Health Law Association and a council member of the Houston Bar Association’s Health Law Section.
