About Gwen Keyes

Gwen Keyes is a co‑chair of the DLA Piper’s Environmental practice group, based in Washington, DC. She advises clients on environmental regulatory compliance, enforcement and policy matters, drawing on deep experience with federal, state and local government programmes. Gwen works closely with clients navigating complex regulatory frameworks that affect manufacturing, infrastructure and consumer‑facing industries. In her leadership role, she helps guide the firm’s environmental practice and strategy, with a focus on regulatory risk, enforcement response and emerging environmental issues.
