About Timothy (“Timmy”) J. Miller

Timothy (“Timmy”) J. Miller is a litigation associate and concentrates their practice on trade secrets, intellectual property, and competitive hiring. They have assisted clients in complex cases involving theft of trade secrets and confidential information, unfair competition, breaches of fiduciary duties, and violations of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. Timmy works closely with technical experts to collect and analyse digital evidence and metadata, conduct pre-litigation investigations, and protect client information through forensic remediation. Timmy is also an adjunct professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law and is engaged in the firm’s pro bono work supporting senior citizens and LGBT+ clients.
