About Aishwarya Satija

Aishwarya Satija is an insolvency research fellow at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. She has more than six years of experience working on commissioned projects where she provided legal research and drafting support to several ministries and regulators at various stages of lawmaking, chiefly relating to insolvency law, competition law and corporate governance. She currently focuses on IBC research and policy, actively contributing to the firm’s endeavours in the advancement of the insolvency law of India. She is a member of the Bar Council of India.
