About Misha

Misha is a partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co with more than 19 years of experience in dispute resolution and insolvency and bankruptcy practices. With the enactment of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, she has been spearheading the insolvency and bankruptcy practice at the firm while consolidating her experience in corporate insolvency, restructuring and banking matters under the old regime. In addition to regular court appearances, she has also been involved in advisory work, especially in relation to insolvency and bankruptcy laws and economic offences. She is a member of the Bar Council of India.
