Shardul Shroff is the executive chairman of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and also heads the firm’s insolvency and bankruptcy practice. His four decades of experience span across a wide spectrum of laws, including expertise in M&A, securities law, government regulations, disinvestment and capital markets, and debt recovery, helping build a pole position for the firm in many of these practice areas.
