About Daniel Peña
Daniel Peña
graduated from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and has a Master’s in Law from University College London (UCL) and a DESS from CUERPI, Université Grenoble Alpes (France); he also studied at the Hague Academy of International Law. Daniel has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of arbitration and litigation, intellectual property, cultural heritage, telecoms, media and technology. He is an arbitrator for the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the National Arbitration Forum, and he teaches graduate courses at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
