About Joseph Machi

Joseph Machi is a corporate partner and co-chair of Duane Morris’ Private Equity Industry Group. He represents clients in M&A, securities offerings, other complex transactions, and general commercial and governance matters. Mr Machi advises private equity funds, portfolio companies, public and private companies and founder-owned businesses in M&A transactions and governance and operational issues, with experience in a wide range of industries, including, in particular, the education/EdTech sector. He advises private credit funds in equity aspects of their investments and investors in secondary transactions. He also represents institutional investors, venture capital firms and growth companies in equity financings.
