Leen Al-Alami is a corporate partner at Duane Morris. She advises PE and corporate clients in domestic and cross-border M&A and governance. Her clients span a wide range of industries, including technology, gaming, food manufacturing, and health care. Fluent in French, she advises French and Canadian clients on US corporate law, governance and transactions. Before becoming an attorney, Ms Al-Alami served as communications analyst and strategist in the Office of King Abdullah II of Jordan, project manager for government communications in the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai, and press and information officer for the European Union Delegation to Jordan.
