She is the co-leader of BD&P’s Energy group and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Carolyn is experienced in energy M&A and project development relating to upstream, midstream and downstream activities, including pipelines and rail, as well as related energy regulatory matters. She is a past Director and President of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation and past-president of the Canadian Bar Association – Natural Resources Section. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary Bar Association.
