Evan has appeared before the Alberta Energy Regulator, the Alberta Utilities Commission, the Canada Energy Regulator (and its predecessor the National Energy Board) and other administrative tribunals, as well as at all levels of Court in Alberta and the Federal Courts. His recent notable experience includes acting as counsel to the Government of Alberta regarding the Trans Mountain Pipeline Reconsideration proceeding before the NEB, and defending the constitutionality of Alberta's Bill 12 before the Alberta and Federal Courts. Evan is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
