About Marie-Josée Neveu

Marie-Josée Neveu is a corporate and securities law specialist with experience in governance, M&A and corporate financing. Her expertise covers public offerings, public and private M&A, and statutory arrangements, and extends to hostile take-overs and complex corporate transactions. She also advises boards of directors, special committees, executives and major shareholders on various transactions and matters involving disclosure, shareholder proposals, proxy contests, corporate governance and other corporate issues. She is chair of the Partnership Board at Fasken and holds positions on several external boards such as Centraide of Greater Montreal and Tourisme Montréal.
