About Daphna Kapeliuk

Daphna Kapeliuk is a partner in the commercial and international litigation department at Goldfarb Gross Seligman and is considered to be one of Israel’s leading experts in international and domestic arbitration, with extensive academic and practical experience. She has been recently appointed as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for the 2024–2027 term. Dr Kapeliuk has represented clients in complex international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, ICDR, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules, as well as before Israeli courts in matters concerning domestic and international arbitration. As the sole Israeli academic expert in the field, she is called upon to provide expert opinions in proceedings held before foreign tribunals.
