Kimberleigh Peterson Turnquest is a senior associate in Higgs & Johnson’s litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice group, and in the private client and wealth management practice group. She specialises in complex commercial and trust litigation and dispute resolution, and advises on financial services law and regulation, corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. Kimberleigh has extensive background in advising clients on the liquidation, restructuring, merger and acquisition of financial institutions, confidentiality and data protection issues, and the assessment of anti-money laundering and compliance systems.
