About Rhyan Elliott

Rhyan Elliott is a senior associate in Higgs & Johnson’s litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice groups. He has practised extensively in various areas of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on complex disputes with a cross-border element, including high-value asset recovery, insolvency and enforcement. Rhyan’s practice also spans banking, financial services regulation and tax, and he has experience representing various clients, including liquidators and receivers, banks, trust companies and investment managers, at all stages of litigation (contested interlocutory applications, at trial and on appeal). As a leading junior, Rhyan regularly appears as both junior and sole counsel before the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of The Bahamas.
