Tara Cooper Burnside, K.C. is a partner and deputy chair of Higgs & Johnson’s insolvency and restructuring practice group. She has over 20 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring practice, and has worked on numerous high-profile cross-border insolvencies and restructurings. Tara has served as an Acting Justice of the Supreme Court of The Bahamas (sitting in the Civil and Commercial Divisions), and is an INSOL International Fellow (2015).
