Zarina M Fitzgerald is chair of Higgs & Johnson's commercial transactions group, with 30 years of experience, particularly in the commercial and international financing transactions arena. Zarina continues to be involved as the lead attorney on a number of high-profile commercial matters in The Bahamas, including representing a large player in the air transport industry and the financial restructuring of a substantial public utility. She chairs the board of directors of the firm’s corporate services affiliate, which has a considerable number of entities under its administration. Zarina is a founding member and director of WISTA Bahamas and is also involved in the International Swaps and Derivatives Association.
