About Zarina Fitzgerald

Zarina Fitzgerald is chair of Higgs & Johnson's commercial transactions group and has 30 years of experience, particularly in commercial and international financing transactions. She is the lead attorney on a number of high-profile commercial matters in The Bahamas, including representing a large player in the air transport industry and advising on the financial restructuring of a substantial public utility. She chairs the board of directors of the firm’s corporate services affiliate and is a founding member and director of WISTA Bahamas; she is also involved in the International Swaps and Derivatives Association.
