About Lethea Carey

Lethea Carey is an associate in the Lennox Paton's financial services group, focusing on corporate matters, securities, banking, investment funds, probate, trusts, IP, insolvency and regulatory compliance. She works with regulators in The Bahamas to assist with the incorporation and licensing of banks, investment funds and digital asset businesses. Lethea also helps with business licence approvals and VAT registration. Her recent work includes advising multinational tech companies, preparing corporate agreements and advising financial institutions on regulatory matters. She also handles trade mark applications, probate for non-Bahamians and assists with regulatory approvals for major projects and Securities Commission submissions.
