About Theominique D. Nottage

Theominique D. Nottage is a senior associate at McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes, where she practises in litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and trusts and private client matters. Theominique regularly advises on complex commercial and cross-border disputes, and has a decade of experience as counsel in domestic and international arbitrations in addition to high-value litigation. Theominique formerly served as a Consultant to the Government of The Bahamas, leading reforms that modernised The Bahamas’ arbitration framework. Theominique is recognised for her expertise in international arbitration and is an active contributor to the development of arbitration across the Caribbean. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
