Theominique D. Nottage
is an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice group at McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes. With nearly a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors, Theominique holds a Bachelor of Arts (Integral Honours) in International Studies and Spanish, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Master of Laws (Merit) in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from the School of International Arbitration, Queen Mary University of London and recently completed a United Nations Fellowship Regional Course in International Law. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), has held leadership positions in Ciarb and Young ICCA, and formerly advised the government of The Bahamas on matters of arbitration and other ADR mechanisms. She joined the firm in 2024 and was called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in 2015.
