About Pritesh Ramsaha

Pritesh Ramsaha acts as counsel for clients in high-value, high-stakes commercial, corporate and civil disputes and contentious insolvency matters. His practice covers tax disputes, commercial litigation, arbitration, employment matters and real estate disputes. He regularly appears before Mauritian courts and tribunals, such as the Revenue Tribunal, and regularly provides legal advice and assistance to both domestic and international clients. Pritesh has acquired overseas experience in multi-jurisdictional disputes involving shipping law, international law, arbitration and construction litigation. He has a keen interest in the fintech and emerging technologies sector, and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
