Alberto Massimo Rossi
is a partner and head of the shipping team at ADVANT Nctm. He practises law in Milan, London and Genoa, and in the main ports of Italy, advising on marine and port law, trade and competition law. He has extensive experience in litigation before Italian courts, in international arbitrations and before the EU Commission and courts in Luxembourg.
