About Giorgio Berlingieri

Giorgio Berlingieri is of counsel at ADVANT Nctm. He is president of the Italian Maritime Law Association, honorary vice president of the Comité Maritime International, and editor in chief of the Quarterly Il Diritto Marittimo. His practice covers wet and dry shipping and contentious matters. He specialises in limitation of liability, arrest of ships, maritime liens and mortgages, salvage and judicial sale of ships.
