About Lucia Corradi

Lucia Corradi is a lawyer at ADVANT Nctm. She regularly assists Italian and foreign investment funds and national and multinational industrial operators in the organisation and negotiation of extraordinary transactions (sales and contributions in kind of equity interests and businesses, mergers, demergers, transformations, capital increases, issuance of bonds and financial instruments).
