About Antonio Ghio

Antonio Ghio is a partner at Fenech & Fenech and head of the TMT and IP law departments. His work has revolved solely around ICT law issues, with his main areas of practice including legal issues relating to information technology, e-commerce, internet security, telecommunications, data protection, software, intellectual property, gaming law and cybercrime. Antonio lectures on ICT law and Cyber Crime at the University of Malta and also held the position of Chairman of the Malta Communications Authority. He is also a founding member and current President of the Malta Information Technology Law Association.
