About Ann Fenech

Ann Fenech is managing partner and head of the firm's marine litigation department. She deals exclusively with marine-related issues, having experience in disputes ranging from ship-building contracts to collisions, salvage operations and towage. Ann lectures extensively on the subject in Malta and abroad; she is the President of the Malta Maritime Law Association and responsible for the drafting of numerous statutes, including the Pilotage Act and the sections on jurisdiction in rem in the COCP. In 2014 she was elected on the Executive Council of the Comite Maritime International and currently heads an IWG on Ship Finance Security Practices.
