is managing partner and head of the Marine Litigation department, and deals exclusively with marine-related issues, having experience in disputes ranging from shipbuilding contracts to collisions, salvage operations and towage. She lectures extensively on the subject in Malta and abroad, and is the President of the Malta Maritime Law Association, responsible for the drafting of numerous statutes including the Pilotage Act and the sections on jurisdiction in rem in the COCP. She was first elected on the Executive Committee of the Comite Maritime International (CMI) in July 2016, and in November 2018 she was elected Vice President.
