is a partner within the Marine Litigation Department. He graduated from the University of Malta in 2009 and was admitted to the Maltese Bar that same year. He holds a Master’s degree in international maritime law conferred by the IMO International Maritime Law Institute and subsequently obtained a PhD from Queen Mary University of London. His areas of focus include ship arrests, debt enforcement, judicial sales of vessels, wet and dry shipping disputes ranging from collisions to charterparty disputes, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, and contract drafting and negotiations. Adrian is a member of the Maltese Chamber of Advocates and an active member of the Malta Maritime Law Association.
